Image not on TOP of webpage!???

I am building a website for my mothers salon, and I am having trouble getting the header image to be at the very top of the page. I am using dreamweaver, and I have all the Margins set to 0, but it seems to be something in the tables, cause I have some table backgrounds on the left and right of the main header (shadows) and they are at the top, yet the main image is not. I also have it set to top in the table column, so I am not sure whats up. Any help is appreciated!
