Displaying text on an exported photoshop template

If i exported a web template that i sliced in photoshop to html, how would i get text to display in my photoshop created text boxes (ie how do i postition the text to fit exactly where i want it on the template?)

In Photoshop, you can choose for the slice to be an image, or you can choose for it to be text. If you want text to appear on top of the image, you will have to use the image as a background image for the table cell that it's in.
