Embedding SWF not wrkin in IE

I have stored a flash game in my server at

\htdocs\games\game1.swf

I am having the below code to insert that game in my page..

This game shows up in Opera and Mozilla. But does not work in IE. It looks like this... Any idea how to make it work?
