hi im a newbie . . . .

i was wondering if you can purchase a domain name from godaddy.com and then use the program frontpage to create an actual web page for that domain name?

if so can anyone give me a quick run through of it . . .

Where you buy a domain name from has no bearing on what you can use to build a web site for that name, so yes you can buy from GoDaddy and build in Frontpage (although that's among the worst programs to use in my experience).
