Invoicing solution

Hi,
I am looking for some advice with regard open source invoicing software. What would be the best solution to the following requirements:-
We are a web design/development company with 6 staff, we need a better invoicing software than we have currently got, preferably open source so that we can amend to our requirements if needed, what we need it to do is:-
One off invoices
automate the generation of an invoice for web hosting monthly or annually.
send invoices via email as a PDF
automatic email reminders to customers.
good reporting of debtors
Any ideas?

i think looking for an open source invoicing script with your requirements is a bit difficult.
my suggestion is to check clientexec and whmcs, they might provide you some solutions.
