Flash and SEO

This has been asked a number of times I am sure, but is there anything I can do to have my flash website (complete flash) be found on google and the like?

Should I add an html page that has just relating words throughout it and have it be forwarded to the main page? Does that make sense... I am a noobie...so sorry if I am completely off my rocker

If your site isn't too content-rich and it's pretty much just a simple web presence I wouldn't worry about it, otherwise you'll want to consider re-working your site to integrate Flash and SEO-friendly coding/design.
