A most basic question re: linking a graphic in Dreamweaver to a site

I'm new to Dreamweaver & can not for the life of me add a link to an outside website from within a graphic?

If you look at www.webrevamps.com, I would like to link the "ActionWebMedia" graphic to www.actionwebmedia.com

Well, you've done it, haven't you. It works as a link in IE7 and Firefox and should work in other browsers.
