My website looks correct in IE, but not FF or Opera

The dynamic menu I am using looks correct in IE, but shifts over in OPera, and shifts over and down in firefox. I have tried endless things, but nothing works. Any ideas? Thank you very much!

You have two doctypes, html and head tags and the styles and javascript for the suckertree menu need moving from inside the body to inside a single head tag further up.

Make your edits in the suckertree styles and delete from inside your body li tags.
