Site is okay.. the way you laid out the content is a little weird. The left side navigation blends in with the background color, I think you meant to do that.. and sometimes there is white separating them, but only if the right content is long enough to do so. It does look like you spent a lot of time on the content which is good. I also think you should keep the links all the same on the left side. "Home" and "My Project" should be the same as the other links.
