Help removing password protection

Beginner here... For some reason, my website now requires a username and password to view the site.

I am using MS Expressions WEB (Does this program suck?) and I made a change last night. I am using a template to design. I have no idea how I would have put this protection on the site.

Any ideas?!

Also - what is the best, beginner friendly, website design program? I am quite good with computers and software, just do not really know html, css, etc.
