I need a designer...

Hi All,
I need a new website made, very similar to the one below:
www.stresscenter.com

I want the same layout, which seems to be pretty simple. I obviously need different images and content, but besides that pretty much identical.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this? It almost looks like it may be a blog template?

right direction in what exactly? finding a designer or doing it yourself? as for looking like a 'blog template', i assume you're referring to the standard header/content/footer layout thats reminiscent of most sites out there anyway.
