Live Webcams

Hey everyone. Im working on a project where I need a live cam running on my site. Possibly even several webcams running. What do I need to integrate webcams into my design?
Also, if i might want to have a membership system, so users have to get a membership to view the cams, what does that require?
I need some guidence with this, all help is appreciated.

Also, I understand the difference between server push and client pull, but reading through a couple of things i got a little confused. The Client pull shows images in sequence to make it look like a streaming video. And the Server push is actual streaming video and does not use images?
How do I actually get the webcams to show on the website if im using server push? I am aiming to use actual streaming video.
