How do I get the apple.com video effect

So I'm working on my website as a professional musician/composer and I have some videos that I've scored/done sound design for.

I think the default quicktime player looks a bit tacky and would like something a bit more pro.

ideally I'd like it to look like this:

If anyone can help me out with this, or at least point me in the right direction to making this thing look better than it currently does that would be awesome.
