On your menu sidebar, it's a tad difficult to go to the options in the sub-menu. If I rollover "Web Design & Development" and I want to click on "Flash Designing," I have to struggle a bit. With a little effort, I managed to get over there, but keep in mind that many users won't have the patience or steady hands to select those options.

Aside from that, the site looks great! The design is clean, professional, and very welcoming.
