Text to disappear in input textbox

Hi
I'm using dreamweaver and would like to know how to make text disappear when you click on the box.
What i mean is the typical log in box that says "name" and when you click on the box the text disappears.
I have one of these on my website for people to leave comments (www.mikaeleliasson.com)
