Active X Controls

Okay, so on my website I have a flash nav bar, but everytime I load up a new page with it, I can't immediately use the bar (if that's clear hehe). For example, I open up the page and move my mouse over the flash movie. A grey box appears around it, and a hover msg tells me to "click to Use this Control"

How do I make it so that the flash movie is immediately accessible and usable? I can go to other sites with flash movies and not have to click them first?

At first I thought maybe it was my Internet settings, so I used a different comp, but it did the same thing.

either wait till the middle of 2008 when the dolts at microsoft plan on getting around the eolas patent or learn to use one of the many js workarounds like swfobject or ufo.
