Image slideshow.

I need to build a simple slide show of products with pictures and minimal specs. I would also like for the user to be able to click the current product in the slideshow and be redirected to the corrisponding product page.

I have zero flash experience.

Can anybody recommend some good software for producing such a slideshow?

You don't need Flash but there are lots of javascript versions in Hotscripts

Search Hotscripts for "photo album" or in the image effects section. Some of them allow each popup to have a link which will take the viewer to another page.

Or make your own without javascript, adapting just CSS as here:-
