How to make an easy updatable website?

Hi,
I want to do a website to display some products, with their name, description, picture, price, user rewievs, etc...
There will be a lot of products and I think it will be easier make the website with a database, and also it will be easyer to update the site later.
What I want to have should look very similar to snapfiles.com.
There is any kind of template or software which could help me do this?

A Content Management System (CMS) is the way to do this. There are a number of good options, some free, some not. One of the most popular is Joomla! (http://joomla.org), a variation of Mambo (another free CMS). If that doesn't fit your needs a Google search will turn up other choices.
