basic CMS system

I'm looking for a decent content management system ideally with the following features:
Gallery
News / Article sections
Message board

I'm looking for something that is easy to set up with a very professional look and preferably free although I would pay a small fee for the right system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd definitely go the Wordpress approach I'm positive it has plugins available for all of those specifications. Myself I'm a doing it yourself PHP kinda guy. Cheers.
