Help needed with page layout

Hi,
I have problem with the page displayed in internet explorer. It is fine in mozilla and netscape but not in internet explorer.
Can anyone in this help me by suggest what has to be done. Please open the below link in internet explorer and mozilla you will no what I am talking about.

Use the validator to check for errors. There are 58 and check the ones which are about table, tr or td tags which either haven't been closed or closed when they are not open.
