I need somone to build me a website, or maybe tell me how i should go about it. Its a contest me i am going to be running. Best Rapper, and Hottest Model. People will pay $10 to enter in the contest, they send me demos of there music, and pictues of them. Winners will get a big cash reward, but i need my site to look real good. Also where it can allow them to pay the money, and fill out there information right on the webpage. Then it gets sent to me, and they get a e-mail sent back to them.

I have the everything in my head, i just need a website designer to create one for me

haha so why don't you learn to create then? After all, no designer can make it look 100% the way you see it in your head.
