Hello, and welcome to webdevforums.

There are a few things that hit me when I enter your site, both with the design and content. I will highlight a few of these downsides.

-The Design

On this page, I can see three different fonts! Arial, trebuchet MS, and Times new roman. Pick one of these for the whole page (I would STRONGLY not recommend Times new roman, but would recommend trebuchet MS). Secondly, keep all of the font sizes the same unless you are using headers or wanting to exaggerate something (although for that i would use bold).

The white is drowining, get a better colour scheme for the background.
