Critique my website

Hello this is my first website. It was fully done by me (html+css+php+smarty templates+.modrewrite, it's a low level site I've made for a buddy). I tried to make it as better as possible.It's not finished yes as I need to complete some sections. All I want to know is ift seems ok to you.If the colors seem ok? the layout? is it easy to read (don't bother to much reading, it's written in romanian).

I think that for a beginner it is rather good. The good thing, as for me, is that the style corresponds to site's thematic.
