Do you need Ruby-on-Rails on Windows hosting?

Hello.
Have some question about Ruby-on-Rails.
We've searched the web and discovered that it's offered only at
Linux-based hosting. Windows installation is also possible, however
nobody provides RoR on Wibndows. We just thought what if offer RoR for
our Windows users as well? Any ideas, experience?

Are you planning to develop in ruby? Also from what I understand you can run it on windows, but its more convenient to run on a linux based o/s. Also you can get alot of info from http://rubyonrails.com/.
