Is it posible to integrate youtube script into my design?

Hi all and Merry Xmas!!!!

Im in the process fo setting up a video upload site for which I already have the design. The design itself is different to a youtube clone but still has some of the same features but not all of them.

I have been looking at www.clip-share.com as an option in terms of pre-made scripts.

Is it possible to customize such a script in order to integrate it inot my design?

If so, is this a easy/difficult task. Will it take much work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
