I am a total newbie in webdesign so I am afraid I wont be able to give you very useful comments. But there are two things I think of when I look at it. The copyright text is misplaced (at least on my two monitors). As it is now the inner "rectangle" line goes right through the copyright text - making it hard to read. And second, the big "snooggie" text has rather rough edges. If you would soften the edges up with a photoediting program it would look better.

Oh, and I noticed another thing. English is not my native language, but shouldnt "privecy" (at the bottom) be spelled "privacy" ;-)


But otherwise it looks fine to me!
