The beta layout looks a ton better. The only criticisms I have is that the links need to stand out more, and should have a bigger font size. It'd be nice to see your new logo on there too.

Also, the garage graphic is a bit confusing, doesn't really serve a purpose into telling me what your company does in my opinion.

Overall nice clean looking site though. From a code perspective you might want to look at making all of your styling external to your html though.
