Formatting problem

OK, I'm doing website design work for a charity and I've come accross this problem.

Whenever I change the formatting of the text, they are viewable when I check the copy of any page offline and they are viewable on the web server. But if you look at them through a web browser, the changes don't come through.

What could be causing this problem?

what do you mean "the formatting of the text" and "viewable on the web server"?

Have you tried refreshing the page? or deleting your temporary internet files?
