Help!!!

I built a web site and it works fine in IE 7. In netscape / ie6 or lower / or mozilla it does not open as it does in IE 7 The left colum nav is missing and in mozilla this is the error code:

Security Error: Content at http://home.mchsi.com/~j.fincham/real.html may not load or link to file:///C|/Program%20Files/Macromedia/Dreamweaver%208/Configuration/BuiltIn/PageDesigns/styles/2col_leftNav.css.

Any help would be great.

The site looks fine to me. ALthough you really should code your sites in Firefox then change/add any bits for IE right at the end using condition statements.
