Creating a popup off of a hyperlink

Hello all,

I had a question regarding something that I am trying to do with a website that I am currently working on. I am creating a website for a resteraunt and I am working on the menu portion of the site

What I would like to do is have a user click on an item of the menu and have a small popup window come up with a picture of the dish as well as a description.

Any idea how to accomplish this?

I would like to be able to specify the size of the popup window as well.
