Practical AJAX Examples

Hi I'm looking for sites with practical AJAX examples - to get a feel for best practices, and how to solve problems with the new techniques.

Some sites I've found with good AJAX use are:

and

http://www.blemeshack.com/

Would be interested in others folks know - as well as good clean sorting out of Web 2.0 where the sites use AJAX - i see many sites dubbed Web 2.0 which don't seem to use AJAX at all.
