customized website WEATHER FEED

I'm in search of code, preferrably PHP or ASP, that can get a feed for weather. I want to utilize my own icons for "sunny", "raining", "storms", "snow", etc. As well as utilizing customized icons, I want to place style attributes to it to match my look and feel. Something simple with current temperature(s) and condition(s) is all I'm looking for. Does anyone have feedback, advice or pointers as to where I can find or utilize such possible code?
