Dreamweaver help needed! (fireworks)

Hey people I really need help,

I keep trying to make a popup box in fireworks but whenever I transfer it to dreamweaver it just doesnt work...

Alls I see is my picture and then some text like were the links... should appear when I go over the image?

Help please!
