billing script help

Hi,
I am trying to install this billing script - http://www.billing-software.us/

But i am have some problem partially because it comes with no instructions.

I have:
- uploaded the database
- edited the site.xml file with my details (althoguh i am not sure if i have done it right (think i have))
- uploaded

and get this...

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare CSQLAdmin::$functions in /home/netfuse/public_html/clients/lib/sqladmin.php on line 32"

Does this mean the database settings are wrong or what??
