Please Review my site

Can someone tell me what I have done wrong? I get plenty of traffic and I even get a few leads but it seems that people come to my site look at a couple of pages and then leave. I realise I barley have a portfolio, I just think I should have a better response then what I have received this far.

If some of you could give me some advise it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see any problem, it may just be a case of competition. Give yourself a chance to get out there more so. Things take time. I like your site though, good stuff.
