Saving .gif files

I have saved a .gif file on my laptop, is there any way in which I can reverse it so it mirrors what I originally had without losing any of the frames?

Let me just get this right, I think what your asking is how can you mirror an animated gif image. There is no simple way I can think of to do this. If it is a small animation, you could import it to flash and just "horizontal flip" the images in each frame.
