Site builder software needed

Hi,

I am trying to find very simple site builder software that i can install on my webserver. It does not have to be anything fancy. I need my users to be able to login and create their website only off one template, and be able to attach several files for visitors to download. Sounds like a simple task, but I've spend a lot of time trying to find something like that. Any ideas.

You need to look at a script site, not a general search engine. Try http://hotscripts.com and you'll find at least one there. I do remember a PERL script residing in their listing that would do this and there are probably PHP scripts as well.
