I NEED HELP or Some one to code my site..

I want my web site to be able to store articles written months ago, have a really nice message board or forum, users could upload pictures and mp3 to their own page desinated to them, have a mailing list, to be able to load flash video up, and have daily news linked to my site that I don't have to edit the story it will load on it's on. my site is http://www.rapfiles.com

If anyone could help me please, please, please, let me know what I could do or what it would take?

just install a CMS (content management system) such as Joomla, or Mambo, on your hosting service and you are good to go...after some configuratoin and learning it of course.... Don't have a cPanel/Fantastico hosting account? check out::link spam::
