I like the overall feel.

In Opera, though, there were gaps in some of the tables where the background showed through. Fixing these would be nice :P

And just a small thing, but in the "Quick Links" section, or really any of the side bars, if you have a way of making it so line wraps continue after the picture... Not a big thing, but an idea.

I like the flash. I'd love to learn to do sites like that.
