Convert Database calendar to *.ics *.vcs

Hi fellows,

i dont know nothing in programmation and thats my weak point. Actually is there a way to convert an online calendar (php) into a *.vcs or *.ics file so people can use it for Microsoft Outlook 2003 Calendar? If yes some of you got tutorials? I'd like to learn about that!
