Help! How to set up a "website business" business

Hi everyone! I am wanting to start a business that will allow people to purchase access to some webspace and templates to create their own webpage. I am trying to find literature that can help me learn how to set up this type of website (when someone purchases, they have access to X amount of webspace on my domain, how they can access templates for their pages, etc.)

Any idea on where to start? I know how to design a webpage, but I am having a hard time translating my very tiny skill into such a large operation.

it seems that you'll need the following:

- Reseller account/ded server
- maybe a cpanel/whm setup
- Custom scripting to perform your operations,

Many people can code this just ask for a quote.
