Simple Subdomains

Heya. I've been looking for a very simple script that could be modified to fit our needs.. in general, the script needs to create a folder on user registration that is limited by a quota, has a default page, and possibly allow the user to install optional software (we could always script this in if needed). Does anyone have suggestions?

use a CMS to do that. I don't have any on me. I actually have one within my hosting program just like you described, but i can't use it since i'm not the log-on admin of the database.
