I am somehwta new to coding, and I have run into a problem adding content to this alyout, http://www.incuzox.com/home.html . Its clear where the content will go, but how do I add that into the html? its a bunch of seperate images.

Actually you shouldn't use the tables but the div <div></div>. Yeah definitely, you just sliced some pictures and you cant add any content right now. If you want to keep the same design i suggest you use the layers. But you really should use the <div></div>.
