can anyone pls help me on how i can personalize my cursor whenever im inside my site thanks in advance

However, please don't. Asside form it looking naff, people don't like thier systems getting altered by web sites. There is a fine line between what belongs to the user and what belongs to the site. Many people consider the cursor arrow to be "thier's" and not the website's. You could be annoying alot of people.
