Event sign up

Hi, i was wandering wether u could help me. I want to do a sign up for my web site. Were people can sign for my guilds events. I have somthing in place already, however ide like to make somthing more static, i dont want it to scroll like this >> http://www.ninjao.com/signupguild.htm <<

Ide like to have just a normal display with maybe a few columns, obviously this must be automatically updated when som1 new signs up.
