Does anyone know If I can put eFiction, Invision Power Boardv1.2, PHPizabi 0.324b (Black Book) in the same mebers Data Base? If so how? I am running all three of these programs on my website and would for my members to sign up one time not three.

Probably not. Infact almost certainly not. However you could start using a CMS script that contains modulised versions of those scripts or scripts similar to them that you can import your content form.
