Flash MX/How do i make a site.

Hello, Im fairly new to flash, could someone tell me how i make a site like this Pantera Site (http://www.pantera.com/main.html) Using the Flash MX 2004 tools?

This is impossible to anwser you want like a million step by step intructions?

you read books and learn how to use flash and the tools then you make the site, its not easy.

although a site like the one mentioned above would not take you long to learn because its not very good........
