View Full Version : I think I can simplify, but don't know how

My site (http://www.towpc.com/ke5ehi/) is built using a self-adjusting iFrame from the main content of the page, but the problem I'm starting to have as I add more content is that some browser settings won't display the iFrame content, and also under my Chaser Resources > Chaser On-The-Road Wx page, there's some options that when you click on them, they product a hidden drop-down table (Switch Content script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/switchcontent.htm) from Dynamic Drive). What's happening is that the iFrame is only resizing to the content when it's collapsed, so I had to add a lot of 'white-space' below the tables so they have room to expand, but if you expand them and then reload the page, it sizes to the expanded table(s) PLUS the white-space, so it's very long.

I'm also looking to make parts of the site a little more dynamic, but the only way I know how is going to be nesting iFrames, which still doesn't resolve me problem with some broswer configs. Should I just keep the iFrames or is there something else that's pretty easy to do that I might use. I'm not too well off in advanced web code, but I learn pretty fast as long as it's not too in-depth.

Also let me know what any of you see that I need to improve or change to make it flow smoother. It's still in the process of being done the way I want, but I only have so much time. Thanks in advance!

I think my menu is too much as well. I have a few things I'm going to consolidate and re-do, but any suggestions are appreciated.
