text box border highlight

On Macromedia's website, if you click in the search box a bright green border appears. Does anyone know how to do this effect?

Just to point you in the right direction. There are javscripts out there that can be used to do a change in the CSS effect of a textbox by either onmouseover or onmouseout. If you search for those keywords, i'm sure you will find something relative on the web.
